Toby is a Chartered Surveyor and a RICS Registered Valuer and regularly provides RICS compliant Red Book valuations to assist with property acquisitions, Pension Providers, to assist with the calculation of Inheritance and Capital Gains Tax, for Matrimonial purposes, and has experience acting as an Expert Witness for the court.
