Residential Surveyor (Part or Full Time)

We currently have a vacancy for a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS or AssocRICS) to join our Residential Surveying Team in Bristol.

We are looking for an experienced part or full-time surveyor to undertake Homebuyer Reports and Valuations for Private Clients.

This role can either be hybrid (working from home/office) or office based.

Salary calculated pro-rata, based on £50,000-£60,000pa depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of residential valuations and home buyer reports for private clients in accordance with client/company requirements. RICS Red Book and to industry/best practice standards.

Commercial Valuation Surveyor (Part Time)

The Role
As a Senior Negotiator, you will be a key player in our agency, combining your market knowledge, negotiation skills, and passion for property to secure sales and exceed targets. You will also be responsible for conducting accurate valuations, advising clients on pricing strategies, and winning instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations and provide expert advice to clients.
• Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Proactively market properties to generate viewings and offers.
• Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local property market.
• Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative environment.
• Meet and exceed sales and valuation targets.

About You:

• Proven experience as a negotiator in residential sales.
• Successful track record in conducting property valuations.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and industry trends.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure within a team.
• Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
