Residential Surveyor (Part or Full Time)

We currently have a vacancy for a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS or AssocRICS) to join our Residential Surveying Team in Bristol.

We are looking for an experienced part or full-time surveyor to undertake Homebuyer Reports and Valuations for Private Clients.

This role can either be hybrid (working from home/office) or office based.

Salary calculated pro-rata, based on £50,000-£60,000pa depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of residential valuations and home buyer reports for private clients in accordance with client/company requirements. RICS Red Book and to industry/best practice standards.

Team Secretary / Administrator (Full Time)

A great opportunity is currently available for a Team Secretary/administrator, with fast, accurate audio typing, to join our small firm of surveyors & property consultants in Bristol as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will also be someone who can assist in HR duties for the company alongside their role as secretary to the Managing Partner.

You will require good IT skills, accurate typing, a 'can do' attitude and the ability to work under pressure as you will be a key and important person in this company.

The role will require providing administrative support to various departments and the Managing Partner plus some HR duties for the company.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, a keen eye for detail and accuracy and embracing the important administrative duties that are required.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Reporting directly to the Partners
• Typing letters, emails and documentation
• Answering calls and assisting clients as required
• Day to day Diary Management for the survey dept
• Booking appointments
• Maintaining Document Management System and database
• General administration
• HR duties for the company

What we’re looking for:

• Previous secretary/office administration experience (over 10 years preferred)
• Solid IT skills with Microsoft Office including MS Excel
• Fast, accurate typing
• Confident and professional communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
• Able to prioritise and good all round organisation skills

This is a full-time position - Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5pm
