Maggs & Allen in the community

At Maggs & Allen we believe it's important to give something back to the community in which we live and work. We work with local sports teams, community events and local charities with organising, sponsorship and fundraising.

As part of our programme of social responsibility, we encourage our partners and staff to take part in hands-on volunteering, fund raising and community work as a company.

Events include:

  • Henleaze Christmas Festival – We sponsor the event and one of our partners coordinates the festival itself
  • Bristol 10k - Raising money for the Bristol Breast Care Centre (B.U.S.T)
  • Bristol Half Marathon - Raising money for The Capella Foundation
  • 24 in 24 - Help raise money for the capella foundation by undertaking a 24 hour endurance event
  • Bristol Dragon Boat Race -  With the Junior Chamber team raising money for many Charities
  • Stoke Bishop School - Sponsoring the School Summer Fair
  • Henleaze School - Sponsoring the School Firework display
  • Westbury Park Foxes - Sponsoring the 3 time cup winners youth football team
  • Henleaze Christmas Festival - Company Stall selling cakes and entertainment, with all money raised going to the Bristol Breast Care Centre (B.U.S.T)
  • Redland Lawn Tennis & Squash Club - Sponsorship
