Major Defects Building Survey - Level 2+

This survey has been developed exclusively (and is constantly updated) by Maggs & Allen to report on most properties and in particular 1930’s, Victorian and older to enable clients to make an informed decision about their purchase.

It is based upon more detailed information than is available in a Home Survey but is in a more user-friendly format than a full Building Survey and at less cost.
